Beautiful Princess Street House

If you are traveling down Princess Street in Wilmington, heading toward the river, don’t forget to check out the beautiful house located at number 515. It caught my eye several months ago and I must admit that I was totally impressed by its beauty and presence. I decided to investigate who was responsible for such a spectacular residence.

What was previously a single unit office space and a parking lot for a local law firm has been transformed into a lovely residence with a swimming pool.

The house is owned by Brook Reinhold and Dominador Gobaleza, the folks who purchased the property and hired architect Rob Romero with Romero Architecture to complete the design for the renovation and new construction of the project.

The work completed was approved by the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Wilmington. Construction was completed by Adler Restoration.

The completed project won a preservation award from the Historic Wilmington Foundation in 2022.

In my view, this is the finest residential in-fill development I have ever seen in my

career in downtown Wilmington real estate. I find it spectacular.
